While planning started before the Scottish Cycling conference, work on our updated strategic plan received an extra injection of enthusiasm afterwards!
The new website is the first step of improving our engagement and we are going to aim to build on this over the coming months and in towards the new season. We would like to do more in the community and engage with other groups both in the local area and further afield.
We also have a plan for our youths, ideas for incentives for volunteers and a drive towards a continual membership growth, while maintaining the ethos and great reputation of the club.
